Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the United States. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Shipping to the USA takes 3-5 days after being processed and shipping to the rest of the world takes 7-18 business day.

 

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. We aim to ship all orders in up to 3 working days while, in peak times, it may take up to 8 business days to dispatch.

 

Q. Is the shipping tracked?

A. All orders are posted with tracked shipping. Your tracking code along will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched and can be tracked on our 'Track Order' page located on our website.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If you want to cancel your order please contact our support team within 1 hour of the purchase. There is no guarantee that we can cancel your order after that timeframe as we start processing orders immediately.

 

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

A. We proudly ship all of our products worldwide!

 

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our company's headquarters are located in the UK, while our warehouses and vendors are scattered across the USA.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate with absolutely zero extra cost.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number within 24 hours of placing an order. Following this we will send you and email once your order has been dispatched.
